Every call and text answered, quoted, booked and billed.
Jenny, Bobby's AI assistant, answers the phone and texts around the clock, warm and friendly like your best dispatcher. It quotes prices, checks which of the 18 cars and 14 drivers are free, books the ride, assigns a driver, and sends the invoice. Your team only steps in when they want to.

The rider calls or texts Bobby's booking line
A local Atlanta number for calls and texts, 24/7. It goes on the website, Google profile, cars and receipts. Jenny picks up on the first ring, with no app and no hold music. Riders can also book from a link on the website.
Bobby's cell stays the same
Calls Bobby doesn't answer, or gets while he's on another call, forward to Jenny automatically. He picks up when he can, and Jenny gets the rest.Bobby stays in the loop
Jenny can text Bobby's cell about new bookings, riders who want a person and trips that need a driver. He turns each alert on or off, and can reply to any alert to take over.Jenny checks the phone number
Before she says a word, Jenny looks the number up. If they've ridden before, she knows their name, home address, usual car, how many usually ride, their favorite driver and the card on file.
Returning rider
Hey! Need a ride againHey Lisa, welcome back! 😊 Where are you headed this time?New rider
Hi, do you guys do airport rides?Hi! This is Jenny, Bobby's virtual assistant 😊 We sure do! Which part of town are you coming from or going to?She gets the trip details, one question at a time
Pickup and drop-off, day and time, how many riders, bags, flight number. She never asks for something she already knows. For Lisa she just confirms: "From home? Just the 3 of you in the SUV again?"
She checks the fleet and quotes the exact price
Jenny looks at all 18 cars and 14 drivers' shifts in real time, so she only offers a car that's actually free. The price comes straight from Bobby's rate sheet. She never guesses, and she offers an upgrade once, without pushing.
Rider sees
Good news, I've got an Executive Sedan open Friday at 6pm from the airport to Buckhead. $95 + 20% gratuity = $114. Want me to book it?If nothing is free
She offers the nearest open time or a different vehicle ("I can do two SUVs instead"), or brings in the dispatcher. She books it and secures the ride
New riders get a secure link to save a card (charged after the ride) and Jenny asks their name for the reservation. Returning riders don't need a link: their card is already on file.
Rider gets
Confirmation text and email with the confirmation number, pickup details and driver name.Bobby's team sees
The trip appears on the dispatch board and calendar, marked "AI booked."The best driver is assigned
Jenny picks a driver who's on shift, free, close by and under their hours, and the rider's favorite when possible. The driver gets a text and replies 1 to accept. If they don't answer in 10 minutes, it goes to the next driver.
Reminders and day-of updates
A reminder 24 hours before, and again 1 hour before. For airport pickups Jenny tracks the flight and moves the pickup if it's early or late.
Rider sees
Hi Lisa! Andre is on the way in a black Escalade, plate RXK-4471. He'll be there in about 8 minutes.Rider can still text
"Running 10 min late" or "Can we add a stop?" and Jenny updates the trip and tells the driver. The ride ends and the invoice goes out
The driver taps Complete. Wait time, extra stops and tolls are added automatically, the card is charged and a receipt is texted and emailed. Corporate riders go on their company's monthly statement.
Follow-up, and Jenny remembers
A thank-you text with a review link. Jenny saves what she learned: home address, usual car, number of riders, favorite driver, notes like "2 big bags" or "prefers a quiet ride."
Next time
Hey Lisa, welcome back! 😊 Where are you headed this time? Why it matters
Repeat riders book in about 30 seconds and feel like Bobby's knows them. How Jenny talks
- Friendly, direct and polite, like Bobby's best dispatcher
- Uses the rider's name and keeps it short
- One question at a time, never a form read out loud
- Matches the rider: quick and to the point for a business traveler, warm for a wedding
- Natural voice on calls, with no "please press 1"
- Says she's Bobby's virtual assistant on first contact, and gets a person anytime someone asks
Jenny gets smarter over time
- Learns from every conversation. Calls and texts are reviewed, and anything Jenny couldn't answer becomes a new answer she knows next time.
- Learns from Bobby's team. When a dispatcher corrects a booking or takes over a chat, that fix is added to how Jenny handles it in the future.
- Knows each rider better. Every trip adds to the rider's profile, so repeat bookings get faster.
- Better at planning. Over time she learns Bobby's busy days, typical trip times and which drivers fit which trips.
- The AI model keeps improving. As the AI models behind Jenny get upgraded, she gets sharper and more natural without Bobby's team doing anything.
Later: live driver GPS
Phase 2- Drivers share location through a simple driver app while on shift
- Live map of all 14 drivers on the dispatch board
- Jenny books back-to-back rides near where a driver drops off, so fewer empty miles
- Turn-by-turn routing and live traffic-based pickup times
- Riders get a live "track your driver" link
When Jenny brings in a person
- The rider asks for a person, or is upset
- Lost items, accidents, complaints
- Groups over 14, special discounts, out-of-state trips
- Nothing is free and the rider won't take another option
Bobby (or the dispatcher) gets a text on his cell with a summary of the conversation. He can reply right to that text, and it goes to the rider from the booking line, so the rider never repeats themselves.
